As a convenience to existing and new patients, we now accept appointment requests online (for our Los Gatos office only.) Please note that our scheduler secretary will check to see if the date and time you request is available and contact you. The appointment you request is not confirmed until you have been contacted by our office.

Initial Visits
We are better able to help treat our patients who provide a detailed history of their conditions. Important information concerning your injury includes the type of pain, duration, and any treatment you have received for the problem. Bring shoes you typically wear while exercising.
Insurance
We participate in most insurance plans. We accept cash, checks and medical insurance as payment. We currently participate only in Stanford HMO plans.
New Patients and Referrals
